Schedule appointments on Under Contract listings (ShowingTime)

There is a ShowingTime integration in both Matrix and Homesnap that allows you to request a showing appointment from a property's list agent.  Depending upon which program/app you are in, you may or may not be able to use ShowingTime to request an appointment on a listing that is currently in the Under Contract status.

• If you are in Matrix and you use the ShowingTime icon to request an appointment on an Under Contract listing, you will see the following message:

If you click Yes , you will be able to proceed with requesting the appointment ( click here for details).

• If you are in the Homesnap Pro app on your phone/tablet, there is no option to request an appointment on an Under Contract listing.
• If you are logged into Homesnap through your PC/laptop, there is no option to request an appointment on an Under Contract listing.
