When an agent starts to see ShowingTime messages all coming from the same person, it's usually because they've saved a generic email address to one of their Contacts in their email account or on their phone Contacts.
The user has saved either callcenter@showingtime.com or showings@showingtime.com to a contact for the listing agent that keeps coming up. Every time ShowingTime sends an email from those addresses, it makes the user's email client show all ST emails as being from that listing agent.
The user should look for a contact in their email or phone for that particular listing agent (the one who keeps showing up when a ST email is received) and remove callcenter@showingtime.com or showings@showingtime.com as the email address and this will go away.
