ShowingTime Text confirmations

If you (or the homeowner/seller) get a text from ShowingTime to confirm an appointment, you just need to reply to the text with either a Y or N.

This will go back to ShowingTime and they will confirm the appointment accordingly. 

It updates within ShowingTime almost instantaneously.
