Download Service Key is a feature for members using another showing system (other than ShowingTime) that allows the online requests (powered by ShowingTime for the MLS) to be made available to their showing system for processing.
ShowingTime is willing to work with any vendor and they offer this to offices/agents who use another showing vendor (where they have an agreement with ShowingTime) or their own proprietary software, so that they can continue to use their showing software and take advantage of ShowingTime's online scheduling.
