If an agent wants to change their Appointment Restrictions lead time but cannot, it is because their Broker has configured ShowingTime globally so none of their agents can change settings on their listings within ShowingTime.
This is where those settings are configured (from the Office Broker's perspective):
The agent has to reach out to their Broker/manager to see if they will change the setting for the entire office.
This is not a change MLS staff can make, as it is a policy within that specific office.
