You can access ShowingTime either from the icon in the MLS Products section of the SmartMLS Member Dashboard or by clicking ShowingTime in the External Links widget on the Matrix homepage.
1. If you are logged into www.smartmls.com, there is an icon in the MLS Products section for ShowingTime:
2. If you are already logged into Matrix, go to the home page, find the External Links widget and click ShowingTime:
Once you are logged into ShowingTime, click Edit Profile:
The top section (Profile Basics) is for your personal information:
Listing Agent- Showing Preferences is where you determine how you want to be notified of showing requests for your listings:
The Buyer's Agent- Showing Preferences section is where you set up how you want to be notified for showings that you have requested for other agents' properties.
