Configure ShowingTime

You can access ShowingTime either from the SmartMLS Member Dashboard or from a widget on the home pages of connectMLS or Matrix. 

1. If you are logged into www.smartmls.com, there is an icon in the Featured Products section for ShowingTime:
                      
   
   
   
2. If you are in connectMLS, you can access ShowingTime from the Tools, Resources & Links widget:
                            
   
   
   
3. If you are logged into Matrix, go to the home page, find the External Links widget and click ShowingTime:
   
                                          

Regardless of how you access ShowingTime, click Edit Profile once you're logged in:

Your personal contact information is automatically displayed in the Profile Basics section (this info comes from your SmartMLS membership record): 

Listing Agent- Showing Preferences is where you determine how you want to be notified of showing requests for your listings:

The Buyer's Agent- Showing Preferences section is where you set up how you want to be notified for showings that you have requested for other agents' properties.

You can go in and adjust these settings whenever necessary.
