If you do not want to use ShowingTime on any of your listings, you can go into ShowingTime and configure it so there will never be an icon on your listings on the MLS.
Log into ShowingTime (either from the icon in the Featured Products section of the SmartMLS Member Dashboard or by clicking ShowingTime in the Tools, Resources & Links widget on the Connect homepage or the External Links widget on the Matrix homepage) and go to the My Profile section.
Go to the Listing Agent- Showing Preferences section and select No for Allow Agents to Request Appointments Online:
Click Save Changes.
