There is a separate field on the Additional Info tab in Add/Edit in Matrix called ShowingTime Instructions:
The text that is entered in this field is included in the confirmation email that is sent to the showing agent once you confirm their appointment. This text cannot be adjusted at the time you confirm their showing request.
If you want to include a message that differs from the text in the ShowingTime Instructions, you will have to use the Send Message button in ShowingTime to send a separate email.
That email will appear differently in the showing agent's inbox than the confirmation email. Whereas the confirmation email will show as having come from your full name, the separate message shows as coming from noreply@showingtime.com:
But it will indicate that it is a message from you in the Subject line of the email.
