Add second contact to all your listings by default (ShowingTime)

If you would like to set up all of your listings to automatically have a second contact (so your teammate or co-list agent always gets a copy of all of the ShowingTime notification emails that you get):

1. Log into ShowingTime- either from the icon in the Quick Links section of the SmartMLS Member Dashboard or by clicking ShowingTime in the External Links widget on the Matrix homepage.
2. Go into your Agent Profile and add the second email address (separated by a comma and no spaces) in the Email field:

All notifications for all of your listings will be sent to both email addresses.
