When you enter a listing in Matrix, ShowingTime does an initial, one-time pull of all of the data, including the co-list agent field. Going forward, any changes you make to the co-list agent field are not automatically picked up and updated within ShowingTime. This is done by design so ShowingTime will not overwrite any changes a list agent makes to the listing within ShowingTime (such as adding a seller/tenant etc. as a contact).
If you change the co-list agent in Matrix somewhere down the line, you will have to go into ShowingTime and add them as a co-list agent (and remove the original co-list agent that you entered when you first added the listing).
When you open up ShowingTime, go to Listing Setup, select the listing and go down to the Contacts section and click the Add New Co-Listing Agent button:
