If your Showingtime emails are being automatically re-routed to your Junk/Spam folder, you may need to add the Showingtime email addresses to an allowed list for them to appear in your inbox.
Showingtime uses two email addresses:
If you create a new contact in your email client with these addresses, that should prevent future ShowingTime email notifications from being filtered out to your Junk/Spam folders.
