Schedule showing appointment on your own listing

If you want to schedule a showing appointment on your own listing (for example: for an agent that that is not a SmartMLS member) just pull up the listing in Matrix and click the ShowingTime icon as you would if you were requesting an appointment on another agent's listing.

The process is almost identical to requesting a showing on another agent's listing, with a couple of small differences:

After you click the ShowingTime icon, there will be an extra section at the bottom of the popup:

  1. If the buyer's agent is a SmartMLS member who contacted you outside of the ShowingTime system to request an appointment, use the search field to find their agent ID.

  2. If you are scheduling a showing for yourself or if the buyer's agent is not a SmartMLS member, use the button on the right to select yourself as the showing agent.

On the next screen, there is an additional field that only appears because you are scheduling an appointment on your own listing- Appointment Status :

If you have already agreed to the appointment and no further action is required, select Confirmed .  This will usually be the case.

If you select Not Confirmed , you will be sent an appointment request, which you will then have to confirm yourself. If you entered the buyer's agent ID on the previous screen, they will be sent a confirmation notification after you confirm the appointment.

Regardless of the selection you make, click Request Appointment to finish the process.
