Regardless of whether or not agents are allowed to request showing appointments on it, all of your listings that are entered into connectMLS will appear in your ShowingTime account.
The only listings that will have the ShowingTime icon that other agents will be able to use to request a showing will be those listings where you have selected to allow online appointment requests.
If you do not allow online requests for a specific property, the listing will still appear in your ShowingTime account, but there will be no ShowingTime icon on it in Matrix or Connect.
